As of today, 25 October 2021, access in all ANAF (Romanian tax authorities) offices will be allowed only to following people:
– people vaccinated with full anti-COVID vaccination scheme (and for whom at least 10 days have passed from last vaccination date)
– people who contracted COVID and recovered (and are within the 180 days period from COVID confirmation date)
– people who tested negatively against COVID with a PCR Test, and the test result is not older than 72 hours, or with an Antigen test, and the result is not older than 48 hours.The rules described above apply to access in most of the Romanian public institutions, starting today, 25 October 2021.
