Employers can use it as well, to determine the estimated net payable to an employee that is (or will be) subject to Romanian taxation on salary.
Gross Salary Calculator – 2019
This calculator determines the gross salary you would have to contractually agree on, starting from a net payable amount.
The calculator is useful both to employers and to employees (for the purpose of determining the gross salary they should agree contractually, and ensure correspondent level of gross salary to the payable net agreed verbally). You just have to introduce the net salary you have agreed upon. Starting from the net amount you introduce, the application will automatically calculate the gross remuneration you have to agree and sign on.
How much tax do I pay from my salary?
You can find below a chart that visually shows you how much of your monthly salary is deducted and paid to each tax fund (health insurance, pension fund, income tax fund). It also shows you the take-home earnings. The calculation takes into account a monthly gross salary of 1,000 EUR.
